4. FIGHTING!!! (that is probably why I’m a Sentinel, because I battle Maelstrom with a passion)It seems like the Venture League isn’t getting much attention, however my brother (who doesn’t have an account) might join that faction when it is possible.
Open the boot.cfg, and you will see a bunch of text. After it says AUTHSERVERIP type localhost for your own local server for which you only need to put in random username and password. For Jonny’s server type lu.jonnyvps.de. For that you need to register at the website, link at bottom of every page on this website. Hope this helps.
I played around with some files and actually got LU Reborn working! It is very unstable though and I can barely do anything before it starts acting up. However it looks promising with the NPCs, smashables, and missions (however they don’t work very consistently). I will check in on the server and hopefully it will be fixed up in coming months. For the time being I am enjoying the community on jonny server and it is easy to travel and use items! Thanks.

I could not access LU Reborn but I did get onto Jonny’s server in the meantime since I’m assuming now that LU Reborn is momentarily offline. Still, I understand it much better with the tutorial you referred me to.I think I may need an ip address or something…
This is very complicated for someone like me who has little experience with computers 🙂Ok I solved the problem was that I used the libmysql from .5.1 which obviously caused errors but when I tried downloading the other one from the FAQ, my computer said it couldn’t run it.
The person who was making the tutorial was confusing everyone and other methods were posted which made everything too confusing so the topic was closed.
