No, that is possible with an uncompressed char\char_aw2.bin (I think) but I’m not sure how to do that myself.
I think the nexus2.zip is corrupt, try torrenting it.
If it still doesn’t work, you can install a torrent client like qBittorrent to open the torrent file.
Zone IDs and checksums can be found at Info > World.
In server’s world\char_aw2.bin (NOT any other char_aw2.bin like char\char_aw2.bin) you should edit the bytes in blue with a hex editor shown below:

Apparently I am seeing .nif models, which are used in the Gamebryo engine. I found this interesting thread on importing .nif files into blender.
