1. Sorry about the blur thing. I used photoshop CS6 to blur out my profile picture, but I was unhappy with that so I just painted over it with a brush.
2. The screenshot taken was taken in snipping tool. Unlike the other email, this was taken straight from Mozilla Thunderbird. The other was taken from outlook.
