I saw one of your comments on Darwin’s video’s @LegoClub, and you said you got an email from LEGO stating Darwin should share it or face legal action. Is there anyway you can post a screenshot of this Email?

mater06.Not that I don’t believe you, but this sound very much like an excuse. If you make such statement, they are not considered real until you can prove it. You’ll have to ask LEGO again or at least specify when the mail was sent, who sent it (LEGO has more than one person sending mails). You could of course say, you don’t remember, but if this topic is so important for you, you should have paid attention, and it will only further invalidate your claim. And the most important question: Why would they only send it to you? And why did you summarize and not copy the e-mail. (Don’t tell me LEGO writes mails in that style, that wording sounds extremely like your language).
The reason I respond to this in this fashion is, that it is useless to be annoying to get somthing, but a very unwelcome behaviour to lie. You said somwhere else that you want to help here, so be reminded that being dishonest disqualifies you from working with us, and even if you were very knowledgable, people would not want to work with you.
Guys, This isn’t rude but you guys are kinda being like those Annoying people that discuss everything, everyone says on youtube, Which is Rude, Offensive, yh so If there’s a comment on youtube that seems untrue, its to do with the comments on youtube so you could of said it on youtube, Not The LUNI Fourms
Not to say its wrong to discuss about something on youtube but its to do with me and Darwin so stay out of this
LegoClub there is not a word of truth in what you say and you know it. So stop begging for Darwin’s source on YouTube before you lose the respect of everyone on this website.
Ok, you go the single route I did not expect you to go. You critizise us now. That’s ridiculous on one hand and idiotic on the other hand.
- If what we say here annoys you, then you apparently don’t want to take this seriously as we do. This could mean you consider it as a joke. I can tell you, it’s not a funny joke.
- We don’t discuss everything on youtube, only unusual things. If we were to do that, we would completely mess up these forums. Yes this could be said on youtube, but if it was true, it would be interesting enough to post it here.
- Are we rude or offensive for reacting to youtube posts here? You realize, I hope, that this is like insulting another person somwhere where everybody does that and then criticizing that person for complaining.
- If you react aggresively (“Stay out of this”) instead of neutral, you only further make yourself seem dishonest.
- I am a moderator, you are a ‘participant’, guess who decides what is approriate here.
- It’s not a thing between Darwin and You. If you are a liar (and not one wo can admit it), wherever you may behave like that, it is relevant for your participation on these forums.
I give you a last chance to convince me of your innocence. Answer with “I am willing to rethink my behaviour”. I am willing to rethink my behaviour myself, so we are equal on that. If you care for my respect, respond like I offered you and I am willing to apologize. If you don’t, you have lost it completely.
If you stay with your opinion, read this:
- I am certain that Darwin will not give anything to a person like you.
- There have been statements by LEGO completely incompatible with your claim.
- You can forget to work with me and thus likely with all current developers of LUNI.
- You can be assured that you will not recieve any help on these forums from me anymore.
(And this might prove extremely painful to you in the not so far future)
Please don’t let my question your maturity more than I do already.
(If @LegoClub is a minor, and you as the person reading it are a parent to that child, be assured, that I tried treating him as a mature person, but consider myself incapable of continuing that. If this message has a negative influence on your child, please accept my sincerest apologies. I’m neither qualified nor experienced enough to handle this kind of situation appropriately, so please keep in mind that this is a volontary role for me and try to protect your child from these uncomfortable situations with appropriate minority settings on your/his computer.)

Ok, this conversation is done. Closing this topic now as future discussion is worthless, a waste of energy, and potentially create problems unless anyone is able to convince me otherwise. It makes no sense that Darwin would not have been contacted directly, and the fact that arguing and throwing insults won’t help has already been established.
LUNI was once a complete mess and a flame war in itself. Not letting that happen again, when it can be a legitimate, professional, productive project.

I just wanted to add an extra note to LegoClub – you’ve been very rude to Xiphoseer, and you should apologize and ask for his forgiveness if you expect him to tolerate you much longer. It is very true that being dishonest deters others from wanting to work with you – my dishonesty (pirating) almost led to the exact same result. If I hadn’t realized my mistakes and changed the situation, you probably wouldn’t see me in the LUNI community. I’d be kicked out, and it would be too late for me to fix the problems that I had caused.
Even though some might consider me to have done the most for this project, the truth is that I’ve done very little. Yes, I hosted the files, developed the server a bit, helped newcomers… but my mistakes outweigh the good things I have done. I never imagined that LUNI would progress even to this point, and I am honored to still be accepted by most of you and to have the responsibility of managing the front end (website/forums) for this project.
