Hello to everyone,
Excuse my newbieness but I keep getting the “Handshaking with World” message until eventually it changes to a “Server lost” one.
I read about the server having too many people trying to log-in and because of that stopping people from overcrowding it and remaining on the “handshaking with world” thingy, but there were like 2 people online while now there are 6 or so…To give an almost complete overview:
I downloaded LUNI server 0.5.1 and both Nexus 2 and Blast Client (tried one at a time to see if smh changed)
I ran LUNI server and it responds correctly (it says mysqll disabled tho, if it’s important)
Then i modified the boot.cfg changing the AUTHSERVERIP=0:localhost, to the AUTHSERVERIP=0:ion.luniserver.com (to enter the ion one)Now here’s the problem,
if I don’t make any change and keep localhost it works but if I switch it to the server ip, no matter what client I use (nexus2 or Blast) it gets stuck to the “Handshaking with world” msg until, eventually, changes up to a “Server lost” one.I’ve been trying to solve the problem but it doesn’t seem to work, could someone help me?
PS: watched a couple videos, you guys are all doing amazing 🙂
March 31, 2016 at 10:52 am #4914LiveModeratorThis issue can appear when the auth server is down/unavailable or not accepting connections. Make also sure your firewall and AV supports the Lego Universe client and doesnt block any inbound and outbound traffic.
Maybe check back later, if the problem persists we need to analyze it further.

March 31, 2016 at 4:41 pm #4918RoyalSoldier11ParticipantI did a few more tentatives, with Firewalls and AV giving complete support to the client.
I ended up getting again the Handshaking with world text. However i didn’t open the 0.5.1 LUNI Server release as I remember it being used only in local hosted games.
March 31, 2016 at 5:32 pm #4924LiveModeratorWhat happens when you ping and/or traceroute the server, what are the results, can you post them?
Did you try launching the LU Client as admin? Can you post your entire boot.cfg?
I am pretty sure it’s either the server’s fault or some weird networking issue is preventing you from playing.

In the meanwhile here’s the boot.cfg
