Hello everyone,
Recently it came to my attention that Jonny’s public server was compromised. While I don’t know many of the specifics, it is highly possible that an attacker could have made off with the server database. Since the LUNI Server passwords were hashed with md5, it is possible that the attacker could crack your password in just a few days.
Since all LUNI public servers work on the same basic infrastructure, I highly recommend that you use completely separate passwords when playing LEGO Universe. If you used the same password that you use on other sites, it is probably a good idea to change your passwords elsewhere, and soon.
As a side note, your passwords for this site are safe. They are hashed using different algorithms and a salt (more on that here). Even if the site were to be hacked (which happened to TimTechSoftware.com back in 2012) the passwords could not be cracked.

Thank you for this warning to people, this is happening to my server, 3 people today lost their accounts.
Yeah it’s a good idea just to make a trash password for the public servers. Also might recommend a disposable email unless you want people making off with your email.
