Hi, I am new to Luni and have been following its progress on and off since about a year ago.
I am an ex Lego Universe Beta tester and was very disappointed with the closure of LU.
I live in Australia so to play, I had to buy game time from London while i was overseas and then bring it, and the game back to WA. I had no problems playing and even gave the free month of play that comes with the back to my next door neighbour.
Last year I found the Luni project after doing some research and would like to help, but I have no knowledge of programming or coding above simple terminal interface tricks. I downloaded the Luni client and server and got them working, using the instructions from Timtech and my own knowledge from running a simple bukkit server for minecraft.
I would like to suggest the addition of a progress bar, showing percentage completion and possibly other details such as what has been done and what needs doing. This could be on either the Timtech website or on this website. I’m no expert but i imagine something like this would be relatively easy and could be used to generate hype and attract attention the Luni project. This is just a suggestion, not a request and I would like to help this project in anyway I can.
cheers,

I so agree, also this website is in progress. So, i recomend everybody to let recomndations flow freely!
I think the real issue with this is that we don’t really know what precisely needs to be done, what’s involved, how long it will take, etc. It’s a continually evolving process.
