    when i use the server localhost i am given a set of pre-made characters that are confined to a specific place is there any way to just make your own characters and go anywhere?

    You can go anywhere by changing the char_aw2 files in the server’s world files (check https://luniserver.com/info/world/). I don’t know about character customization besides going on a public server, though if anyone does I’d like to know.

    im not seeing any file called char_aw2 anywhere in the client folder i downloaded the torrent file nexus 2.

    In server’s world\char_aw2.bin (NOT any other char_aw2.bin like char\char_aw2.bin) you should edit the bytes in blue with a hex editor shown below:

    Zone IDs and checksums can be found at Info > World.

    No, that is possible with an uncompressed char\char_aw2.bin (I think) but I’m not sure how to do that myself.
