You can use the «IMG» button in the bar above where you type your post to insert an image. To upload an image, you can use a service like Imgur to upload an image. Then, copy and paste the URL of the image (which you can find in the bar at the top of your browser) into the prompt that pops up when you press the «IMG» button to insert your image.
