To change your in-game language, open boot.cfg and change LOCALE to en_GB.
I’m assuming you use 0.6 or higher. These versions require XAMPP – download it from apachefriends.org. Then run it (make sure Skype is not running) and type «localhost/phpmyadmin» into your browser. Click «Import» and select the .sql file in the server folder. Press «OK». Now it should work 🙂 .
