cant get past char creation

    so i cant get past the character creation screen. i get through creating the char and making the name and when i hit the check on the are you sure page and the check and x just turn whiteish and when i hit the play button it doesnt do anything.
    please i need help i want all my memories back

    and if it has anything to do with it im playing local so i dont think its about my name needing to be reset….
