Hey all. New to the remake of LU.

So since I can’t get a local server up for some reason, I decided to try and join one of the public servers, and decided to try and join this one, but when I tried I found it said that I could not log in, try later. So I did but it still says that. Is the server offline at the moment or what? Also I want to know if there is a schedule of the times the server is up. Please get back to me as soon as you can, thanks.
