Hi. So, I found this and lego universe was my childhood for the short years it was in business. I’m super excited. However, I am pathetic with technology. When attempting to start 0.6.3, I get the error message Terminated, unable to connect to database! I have mysql installed. Is there a specific database I need to connect to? Thank you so much in advance!
So you need XAMPP installed, do you have it running with Apache and MySQL enabled and the luni sql uploaded?
I’m sorry but I have no idea what any of that means. I downloaded a program called xampp and apache, but I have no idea how to «upload the luni sql»
I’m very sorry, I just have no experience with any of these things.I’d recommend using 0.5.3. There really is no advantage using 0.6.3 over 0.5.3 game feature wise they are the same.
Yes, use 0.5.1. It’s almost the same as the 0.6 versions except without custom characters and launchpads.
Alright. However I do want to connect to servers. Can this be done on 0.5 or do I have to use 0.6.3? Thanks.
0.5 and 0.6 are server versions. If all you want to do is connect to public servers, just download the client.
Alright thanks. Sorry just one more question. When I try to join egmos server (I know there’s a subforum but since I already have this topic made I thought I’d ask here) it brings me to a strange website, something about hebfire. Also, it says something about sql. Is this a problem on my end or something wrong with egmo? Thanks.
