    Hey Beeman,

    What have you tried so far? Did you take a look at the «boot.cfg» file as suggested here? There is a entry in that file that reads LOCALE=0:en_US or similar. If it doesnt look exactly the same then you have to adjust it so it supports your preferred language.

    Next up you need to setup the authentication IP as described in the link above. Set it to localhost (127.0.0.1) and you should be able to connect. Are you also sure the server is booting up properly? What’s the content of the server logs?

    Hallo,

    Du kannst dir z.B. uTorrent herunterladen, welches du anschließend installierst. Tutorials dazu gibt es zu Hauf im Netz.

    Danach gehst du in die Download-Sektion, dort findest du Torrent bzw. Magnet Links. Du suchst dir einen davon aus und lädst dann über den Torrent Client (uTorrent) das Spiel herunter.

    Hey,

    as we told people several times, this website doesnt provide support for the LUNI servers hosted. Please post questions like this in the appropiate places. If their website is down then wait for it to come back up, but please dont bother others here since this website is not affiliated with the owners of the servers.

    Hey, are you sure the download completed successfully and no data was corrupted?

    If no, please try using a Torrent Client such as Tixati, uTorrent or similar and download the client via torrent. This way we can ensure that the download isnt broken and/or incomplete.

    So.. is it 16:30 or 17:30 GMT? You wrote two different times by using 12:30 EST and 5:30 UTC, there is an hour difference.

    Timtom, wie bereits auch anderen Usern empfohlen wurde (die das gleiche Problem hatten), benutze bitte den Torrent Download um sicherzustellen, dass die Dateien korrekt heruntergeladen werden. Dazu kannst du z.B. uTorrent oder Tixati benutzen. Die Links zu den Torrents findest du in der Download Sektion.

    What happens when you ping and/or traceroute the server, what are the results, can you post them?

    Did you try launching the LU Client as admin? Can you post your entire boot.cfg?

    I am pretty sure it’s either the server’s fault or some weird networking issue is preventing you from playing.

    The instance entries in the UniverseLauncher portal are dependent on database values. The LUR server probably crashed and/or wasnt properly shutdown which leads to the database entry being in a «corrupted» state and displaying false information on the website.

    This issue can appear when the auth server is down/unavailable or not accepting connections. Make also sure your firewall and AV supports the Lego Universe client and doesnt block any inbound and outbound traffic.

    Maybe check back later, if the problem persists we need to analyze it further.

    @Glass why would Blast Client not be recommended? There is not much difference between the clients and it has zero impact on your server o__0 – please stop confusing new users of this community 🙁

    The reason I mentioned Blast Client is that it had less problems in the past, especially things like localization and corrupted game files.

    Hey there,

    sorry that you have so many troubles getting into the game. The first thing I’d recommend is using the Blast Client that can be obtained from this website. Next you should make sure that your firewall and AV settings permit the Lego Universe Client to connect to a game.

    Which server do you want to play on? ION Universe? Did you adjust your Boot.cfg file accordingly? You may want to provide a copy of the file’s contents so we can verify it has correct settings.
