Actually editing the lwo.cfg would just be like editing the boot.cfg. I don’t really see a problem there.
@gamepaul Just do the opposite of this YouTube tutorial.
There is no such thing as downloading all the files at once without a program to do it for you. I mean, if you really wanted to, you could download all of the files separately from https://luniserver.com/client/nexus2/
Try a different browser. If that doesn’t work, torrent it with a torrent client like qBittorrent.
I mean, that is a last resort as it is expensive, but we can work that out if necessary.
If you really need it, I could like mail you it on a thumb drive or something.
If you’re playing on a 0.5.1 or below hosted locally, and user/pass will work. For 0.6 and above hosted locally, use the «register» command in the server console. For public servers, register an account through the web interface.
I need to set up a poll somehow. I will probably do it on another site soon.
BlasterBuilder removed his host of the files on OneDrive and asked us to remove our copy. Sorry aboutt hat, try torrenting Nexus2 if your download won’t go all the way (or just try a different browser).
You can try downloading with a different browser.
What is the size of the client zip you downloaded? It could be corrupted, in which case you could torrent the client. By the way, the server’s actual IP is 86.16.243.211, but you can simply make AUTHSERVERIP=0:reborn.luniserver.com
in your boot.cfg
P.S. Welcome back, Robo!
All the files Jon put up are there and could work, but since I don’t have a Mac I can’t help you. I know maybe Jon, CdFalcon, or LEGO king could help you with that though.
I think if you compile it in VS then you can close it and just run the server. But it is easier to launch it from VS.
Make sure in client\boot.cfg that AUTHSERVERIP=0:localhost,
for local servers, or for public servers replace localhost with the IP of the server.
P.P.S. Instead of that other URL how about http://reborn.luniserver.com/UniverseLauncher/
