If you want to join a public server, click the link to Jonny’s server at the bottom of this page and register.
Are you using version 0.8? This version is extremly buggy and thus we do not provide support for it.
DLU is a project started a long time ago, with the same goal as LUNI. They are closed-source, but we know that they are far more advanced than LUNI (enemies, NPC’s,etc.). To join Jonny’s server, click the link in the Public Servers bar and create an account. You will find instructions in his forums.
We may get a release of DLU at some point in the next year. But we could also get it in two or three years, or maybe never. JALUS might be used for Jonny’s server, but although the codebase will be nicer, new features will take much time.
You’ll need to register at the only one available at the moment (http://lu.jonnyvps.de) and you will find instructions in the forums. It should also work with the nexus client instead of the BlastClient.
Are you using a version higher than 0.5.1? Also, try if it works when connecting to a public server.
And yes, all worlds are identical as in Lego Universe when it was online.
1. Have you downloaded the client from here?
2. Have you extracted the folder afterwards?
3. Are you starting legouniverse.exe in /client?
4. Are you trying to connect to Jonny’s server or a local one?
You should probably first look at the GitHub repository. Have a look and get comfortable with the source. Be warned, there is no official progress in LUNI since about half a year (excluding Jonny’s source or other spin-offs).
That seems alright. Be aware that there are no enemies with AI to fight and racing/building is not working.
@kee225 Gonna have a look into that. You should be there if I’m there (as I’ve done next to nothing).
Either use the LU Translator (available at the download page) or change it manually in the boot.cfg file (DE should be EN).
@Marco25005, es gibt gute Tutorials dazu (sowohl hier als auch auf YouTube).
There is a guide on Jonny’s server. Click at the link on the bottom of the page, make an account and look into the forums.
Not in 0.5.1. Join a public server for that.
