It might be that the assets cannot be loaded through Wine. I sadly can’t help more than that and I am not sure how easy it will be to fix this.
Good, then use the search bar as well. You might want to search for «german» or something like that as this is related to your problem.
@hristoaz, not at the moment.
It could be that this would be the player limit for the closed beta, as I remember that this was said so multiple times. This would only be for bug hunting and only temporarily.
I think DLU clearly stated that they would not release source code or executables?
Anyways, although the server limit will probably be higher it is true that you cannot self-host a server with their code.(You will need Windows for this)
1. Go to luniserver.com/download.
2. At «BlastClient» click on «Direct Download». The client should now start downloading.
3. At «LUNI Server» click on «0.5.1 (Release)». The server should now start downloading.
4. When both folders have been downloaded, unzip them.
5. Go into the folder of the server and open up «LUNIServer.exe».
6. Go into the folder of the client, then click on «client» again.
7. Double-click «legouniverse».
8. The LU login screen should appear. Enter the username «test» and the password «1234».
9. Now you can choose one out of four characters. Each one will bring you to a different world.
10. Enjoy!Download 0.5.1 & the nexus2 client from the downloads page, extract them, run the server and then the client. Any username/password will work. 🙂
@Egmo, I just want to remind you of the public server requirements you should follow.
You will have to wait, that is true. I’d suggest following DLU on twitter (@darkflameuniv) as they will post updates about their work there.
It is only a community right now. Read about the backgrouds at https://xiphosia.wordpress.com/2015/12/07/a-bit-of-backstory/. There is another project called DLU but they have no website or download available.
