I agree with most of your points CDF (For once :P), but I would say Luni is not dead. In fact it’s actually very (Idk if I would say 100%) alive. There are many new threads on here everyday, and there are public servers.
Luni isn’t dead, it just isn’t growing. The public servers that we do have have not gone anywhere, and no progress has been made at all. Luni’s at a stand-still.

Basically Luni isn’t dead (obviously. We’re here right now), it just isn’t going anywhere anytime soon (as in, most likely forever). So Luni’s progress is “dead.” not all of Luni itself.

Idk I just felt that saying Luni is “dead” is a little over dramatic. But whatevs I don’t really care, call it what you want, I still agree that Luni isn’t making “progress.”
