I definitely remember that I got the 0.6.3 server to work, but ever since I uploaded it, I got errors trying to download and set it up again. I know for sure that 0.6.0 and 0.6.2 are bugged so don’t waste your time with those.

Have you installed Visual Studio Express 2013 for Desktop yet? I assumed you had, but if you haven’t, it should fix your .dll issues.

Just so you know, the 0.6 series requires XAMPP but might need a different database file (which should be included with the server).
