Cant Connect to Local Server

So i have the client installed and i have server. I run the server 5.1 and window pops up. so then i go into client and go to login area i put random random user and pass and it says sorry cant reach server try again later. while this is going on i have the server window open it says this

What do i do?
Also another thing i tried was change the authip thing in boot to localhost nothing still
First off, the server has started successfully. You don’t need MySQL for 0.5.1, and it’s obvious that the servers have started up by looking at the log. That’s what 0.5.1 should output when you run it.
You have to make sure to say yes to any popups if they open to ask you about allowing a network exception. Also, ensure that in the file called “boot” (I’m assuming you don’t have file extensions showing, which means you have to edit the file called “boot” instead of “boot.cfg” which is really “boot.cfg.bak”) that AUTHSERVERIP=0:localhost, and PATCHSERVERIP=0:,. Additionally, 0.5.1’s config.ini should have redirect_ip=localhost unless you changed that.
