Can't open 0.6.3 server

I recently installed LUNI, but when I tried opening the 0.6.3 server, an error message popped up saying libmysql.dll is missing. How should I solve the problem? Also, do I need a program such as WAMP to run the server? Thank you in advance.
I would not suggest using 0.6.3, there is a bug in it that prevents you from entering a new world. But for version 0.6 and higher, you will need XAMPP to import the database.
Thank you so much. I have another question (sorry). When I try opening 0.5.1 and try making a new character, I am able to entire in a username, however, the entire program stops working when I try to create a password. When I open Lego Universe and get to the official screen with the login information and the animations in the background, I tried entering random letters in, however, it says to try again in a few minutes. What should I do?
You do not have to do /register.
The 5.1 server does not need usernames/passwords.
Also, 5.1 does not support character creation.
0.6.3 doesn’t let you play as the character you create. 0.6 basically added the MySQL database which allows for your created character to be stored. 0.5 or 0.6 either way you get to play as CheekyMonkey
