    I am trying to login to the lego universe reborn server but it says to wait a few minutes and it says this every time I try to login. I have downloaded xampp and sql but I don’t know how to use them.

    Brah.

    Server is offline. You cannot connect.

    Not even going to try and explain why you don’t need XAMPP.
