    I would love to help, I have been thinking about this and I decided since I love lu and want it to comeback I could help, I don’t really know what I should help with so any devs have suggestions. Also if you could leave the links for me that I need to help.

    What languages do you know? You might be able to translate something. Also, if you know C++ you can develop directly. We also have some things in HTML/CSS/JS/PHP and Xiphoseer’s patcher is in VB. You could also torrent the client and leave it seeding for others to download.

    Other than that, just attracting people to the project is enough.

    @Timtech I know HTML, CSS Python, a little java and a little JS. Im going to start learning C++ because I would love to develop the game.

    Well @chooksta0 the HTML skill is used in web-based interfaces like the UniverseLauncher, the web-based CMS/GUI that is used for easy registration of accounts and for other things related to a specific UniverseServer which is usually on the same IP.

    I really don’t know what needs to be done with the launcher. I didn’t make and haven’t even used it. I’d ask Xipho.

    I’m not Xiphoseer, but I will still answer you question. 🙂
    I don’t think the launcher needs much improvement, it looks quite nice and has everything needed.
    If you want to learn C++, go ahead. You need to consider that this is a really big and complex language. As well, in the newer server versions, MySQL is used, so basic understanding of that is good. If you have any further questions, feel free to ask.
