    I really want to play, but I can’t because the % for loading never goes up. The server says I have 2 special items not in the game yet or something I want to know how to get in. Thanks!

    Hi @neosaurus, can you post the full log on pastebin or so and post the link here?
    And go to C:\Users\[Your Username]\AppData\Local\LEGO Software\LEGO Universe\Log Files in your User folder and post the file there in the same way. Please mind that the old log gets deleted every time you restart the game.

    I can’t now because the log is erased and when I try and go in game now it just says Submitting Username and when I check on the server (because it took too long) it said ferry (that’s my username that I registered on the server) then it says User Disconnected from Auth server so how can I provide the log

    Ok the client log should not be deleted while the client is still running. Go to C:\Users\[Your Username]\AppData\Local\LEGO Software\LEGO Universe\Log Files while the client is stuck at ‘Submitting Username’ and save the file somwhere else and upload it on pastebin.com.

    To me it sounds like the client tries to connect to the char server and fails, so please go to config.ini in the debug folder and tell us the redirect_ip. Which IP address do you connect with your client? (AUTHSERVERIP in boot.cfg)

    ok this log shows indeed that the client could not connect to the char/world server. Please post the server console (especially the “started on … ” parts) and your config.ini

    I tried the same without the Launch.bat but with xampp and the server but the same + xampp doesnt show any errors even with full detailed debug settings…

    Of cause i startet legouniverse with admin rights. Also, thers no antivirus software blocking anything and I dont think its a problem with my HDD or somethin like that

    Really hope you can help me, let me know if you guys need to see boot.cfg or config.ini or something
    btw I also found this topic, whats up with it? Cant log into game TOPIC on LUNIServer.com

    Same problem here on a fresh install.
    Here is my log_legouniverse.
    I don’t have a config.ini, but I do have a boot.cfg.
