Server compile fail

I’m on windows 10 using visual studio community edition 2015 and I want to run a server using the source code to run and I got the code here> https://luniserver.com/server/0/6/3/Source.zip
I get the following error during build:
cannot open input file ‘C:\063\Release\RakNet.lib’I’d recommend just using 0.8. https://github.com/LUNIServer/UniverseServer
I don’t know what errors are in that one, old version anyway. Also use 2012 iirc
