Spawn at Nimbus?

    Finally was able to play on Ion Universe, created a new character and spawned at nimbus with no one there (NPC wise). I was also level 50 and couldnt really do much. Any help to relieve this problem would be great, want to start back at the basics again and be my crappy level 1 at the venture explorer again haha
