I’m very happy that you try to bring the game back, but i know that it isn’t easy and that you have to spend much time on it. Lego Universe was one of my favourite games, so is there any way that I can Support you? I’m really bad at developing with C++, but I can learn it… Maybe I can translate? I think you have enough german guys but if you need somebody to translate into german language…. it would be nice if i can help xD

Nice to see you! Translating is always good, maybe start with luni.info. If you want to learn C++, go ahead and do it, but be warned: It’s not easy to modify something in the server cause there are also MySQL and RakNet parts. But you doesn’t need to do anything, you can also just be a member and help other people. If you want to join our community chat on skype, add XYQuadrat.

Thanks to everyone how put effort into this project. It took me a while but I got Luni Server 0.5.1 up and running on my computer. I was surprised that it actually worked. Thanks again. Also I’m new to the forum rules, Would I be allowed to post step by step instructions on how to setup 0.5.1 ???

Is https://luniserver.com/tutorial/server-0-5-1/ not step by step enough? But yes, providing information is in no way prohibited by the forum rules, just asking silly/annyoing questions, or trying to make others think for you is what we try to prevent.

To be fair, the 0.5.1 tutorial is a little bit shorter than the rest. It might benefit from some clarification.

You need to set up Gravatar with the exact same EMail address you used her. But that has been explained in older topics, please search for those first.

Hey @Timtech and everyone else! I joined the LUNI forums back in June 2016 back on the old timtech.com website. However, life had its own plans and I never got back to it until recently when I found the new website, it looks great! Is there any way I can help, though? I think you mean 2015? Anyways, in the moment, LUNI is in a sleeping state. Several people (me included) are waiting for DLU to open. DLU is a private project created by Darwin. They will open a public server in the next few months and there will be some crazy features. LUNI is not actually further developed. It’s more a commuity to chat and solve problems regarding the LUNI server. So if you want to help, answer other peoples questions! 🙂
