well i cant log in and it says “sorry we cant log u in at this time” so could u help me?

first of all my cleint is in german so i cant read it but when i go to log in i translated it and it said “does you sorry your registration in the lego universe does no work” plz help

when ever i try to extract it the only files that extract is the nexus 2 file and the client and version folders but the client and version folders are empty so all i have is a file with 2 empty files in it 🙁 i realy want to play lego universe plz plz plz help! i am running a mac and i have a windows laptop and they both have the same problem so i dont know why and i know how to run windows programs and unzip files on my mac and i cant unzip the file either and i tried downloading just the lego univeres and that didnt work and i tried getting the lu installer and that didnt work either nothing is working!!!! can u maybe send me a file that actualy works? if you want me to send u a picture i will nee dyour email or something. if you respond to me i might have it fixed by then but if not plz help
