Not quite sure I follow you on your first question. But as to your second one this is all being programmed from scrascratch. This group did not program the ‚base‘ you could say humanoid and lcdr who are now developing in private developed a large majority of this. The majority of developing done currently is dine by Xiphoseer and also CDFalcon is hosting a public server if you’d like to check out the latest progress!
