I would email you if Russian was a language we didn’t support yet, but with the LU Translator we have added support for Russian (ru_RU, pyccкий). I wanted to put the XML file on GitHub, but it was too large, so the only place you can access it is at https://luniserver.com/locale-timtech.xml

The Russian translations are all machine translated (via Google Translate) so I suppose they could use some major improvements. If you’re willing, you could go through all of the Russian translations and improve the ones that don’t make sense.
