Not that I don’t believe you, but this sound very much like an excuse. If you make such statement, they are not considered real until you can prove it. You’ll have to ask LEGO again or at least specify when the mail was sent, who sent it (LEGO has more than one person sending mails). You could of course say, you don’t remember, but if this topic is so important for you, you should have paid attention, and it will only further invalidate your claim. And the most important question: Why would they only send it to you? And why did you summarize and not copy the e-mail. (Don’t tell me LEGO writes mails in that style, that wording sounds extremely like your language).
The reason I respond to this in this fashion is, that it is useless to be annoying to get somthing, but a very unwelcome behaviour to lie. You said somwhere else that you want to help here, so be reminded that being dishonest disqualifies you from working with us, and even if you were very knowledgable, people would not want to work with you.
