I just looked at the FAQ and read the part addressing the problem I am having. However, I don’t know how to check if the “console window” is running to be able to see if the server is running. I don’t know how to check if the server launched by checking that there was no MYSQL error. I don’t know how to look at the server threads to read messages like “World started! Listening on: 2003”. I AM able to check that the client connects to the server because at the bottom of the log-in screen I see “Server IP: localhost” I either need to know how to access these things or be informed that I don’t see them because they aren’t there. Sorry for unloading so much information and expecting people to help, but it seems like you’ve been VERY helpful for anyone else requesting assistance.
