I agree throwing insults is pointless. It is just making me sick that all these enthusiastic guys here praise the «community» and people that give them access to their beloved game over those who make it work. Egmo needed my help at the time to even get the server working. He has «fixed» some code but as far as I know only Kendal and Alanzote have done some progress. And Timtech once said he barely contributed 100 lines.

I spent more than a month of my life working on LUNI nearly everyday, implementing the multiplayer, chat, mail, worldtravel and character creation in LUNI fully and showed it to the public because I care about LU.

Now there are people like @Becool again, who run around praising luniserver.com for this progress. Yes, as a common place to find out about LU it’s acceptable, but it does not represent those who worked on it.

Even then, it actually is at least oartially Knightoffaiths success that we have this dedicated site instead of timtechs personal page. And actually there was a forums on sourceforge being used regularly until Raffa ragequit.

I ask you all to keep in mind and to communicate clearly, that you need to respect those who do the work or you’ll constantly hinder progress.

And lastly: I do believe Timtech and Egmo have good intensions. I just hate the trail of chaos they leave behind.
