To connect to Jonny’s server which I presume you are trying to do please follow his instructions here http://lu.jonnyvps.de/?page=forums&topic=5

To connect, you don’t have to change SERVERNAME. Instead, change AUTHSERVERIP=0:localhost, to AUTHSERVERIP=0:lu.jonnyvps.de,
